Lupe Chandler

The family of Mrs. Chandler will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon (at Stone Mansion, 416 Rome Pike) from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and from 11 a.m. until the service on Thursday. Funeral Service, conducted by Bro. Terry Fesler, is 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13. Interment will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.

Mrs. Chandler, 79, passed away on Dec. 10, 2012.

Survivors include: son Michael (Reddia) Chandler, granddaughter Jessica Chandler, siblings Pete (Ruth) Belcher, Dorothy “Dot” Sircy and Wayne (Darnell) Belcher, and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by husband Clemon Chandler. Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers.

Betty Christine Gregory

Services for Mrs. Gregory were 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, at Anthony Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Carver and Bro. Albert Strawther officiating. Interment is in Dixon Springs Cemetery.

Mrs. Gregory, 76, of Hartsville, died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, at Hendersonville Medical Center in Hendersonville,Tenn. She was married to J.B. Gregory Jr. April 1954, the first woman Trustee serving Trousdale County for 26 years and a member for many years of the Order of the Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnson Brooks “J.B.” Gregory Jr.; parents, Willie and Georgia Reed; twin sister and sisters, Nanna Ligon Reed and Willie Dee Reed.

Survivors include: son, Timothy D. Gregory of Old Hickory, Tenn.; granddaughter, Page Gregory; and sisters, Wilma Fisher of Hendersonville and Wanda (William) Redding of Springfield, Tenn.

Pallbearers were Darrell Carman, Jerry Helm, Pat Kelley, Don Flemming, Michael Cothron, David Ray and Jimi Cox. Honorary pallbearers were Grady E. Hughes, Vic Donoho and Trousdale County Courthouse friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society and to the American Diabetes Association.

Anthony Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
