FCE hosts Christmas Tour of Homes Dec. 6

Get in the holiday spirit by enjoying the 2012 FCE Christmas Tour of Homes.

This tour highlights beautiful homes in Trousdale County uniquely decorated for the holiday season. For only $15 you can enjoy tasty refreshments at the Trousdale County Senior Center before joining the bus ride to five homes across the county.

Advance tickets are $12.

On Thursday, Dec. 6, the event will begin at the Senior Center at 5 p.m. and buses will load promptly at 5:30 p.m. This year’s tour will visit the homes of Royce and Renee Belcher, Jerry and Sandy Ford, Scott and Suzi Morrell, Donnie and Beth Oldham and Mike and Leigh Ann Potts.

Tickets may be purchased at local banks, from FCE Members or at the Senior Center the night of the tour. Everyone is welcome to join us for the 2012 FCE Tour of Homes.

"We started this as our annual fundraiser, and we get a good response," FCE member Janice Scruggs said. "We graciously appreciate the homes that volunteer."

This event is sponsored by the Family & Community Education (FCE) Clubs of Trousdale County. These clubs meet monthly and serve our community in numerous ways. Everyone is welcome to join one of our three clubs for only $6 per year or you can become a mailbox member and receive six newsletters per year for $6 as well.
