Sealed bids are invited on
Renovations to Trousdale County Elementary School, Trousdale County, Tennessee.
Bids will be received at 103 Lock Six Road, Hartsville, TN 37074 on or before 2:00 pm, local time, February 5, 2019, at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud and the Contract awarded as soon thereafter as practicable.
Qualified Bidders (General
Contractors) shall obtain Plans, Specifications and Contract
Documents at the office of Cope
Associates, Inc., 2607 Kingston Pike, Suite 5, Knoxville, TN 37919, upon deposit of a check for $500.00 made payable to Cope Associates, Inc. for one (1) set of documents. Documents may be shipped,
provided Bidder^s deposit check, and account number for desired shipper, has been received in the Office of Cope Associates, Inc. The full amount of the deposit will be only be refunded to Unsuccessful Bidders, provided that the Drawings and Project Manual are returned to the office of the Architect in good condition within 14 calendar days
after opening of bids.
Sub-Bidders and Vendors may
purchase, at their cost, complete sets of bid documents directly from printer or obtain them from General Contractor.

Said parcel front the private drive through the dominant parcel and is to have a right of way over this drive to the Lick Creek Road. This parcel being 20,900 square feet in size by survey.
