Editor’s Note: The following are suspects booked in the Trousdale County jail during the specified timeframe. All persons charged are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Dec. 18

Talon Jason Ray Guard, 24, of Hartsville, was charged with assault by Deputy Jake Ayers. Bond was set for $6,000 and General Sessions court date was set for Jan. 11.

Johnathan Kody Jamison, 26, of Castalian Springs, was charged with failure to appear, probation violation by Deputy Jake Ayers. No bond was set and General Sessions court date was set for Jan. 11.

Charles Daniel Armstrong, 32, of Hartsville, was charged with bond conditions violation by Deputy Dusty Cato. Bond was set for $3,000 and General Sessions court date was set for Jan. 11.

Marvin Isaac Minor Sr., 59, of Hartsville, was charged with Schedule II drug possession by DTF’s Brandon Gooch. Bond was set for $7,500 and General Sessions court date was set for Feb. 19.

Dec. 19

Ricky Wayne Reece Jr., 30, of Hartsville, was charged with attachment, failure to appear by Deputy Jeffrey Butcher. No bond was set and General Sessions court dates were set for Dec. 21, Feb. 19 and March 15.

Marvin Isaac Minor Jr., 29, of Hartsville, was charged with driving on revoked license-III by Deputy Clint Friar. Bond was set for $10,000 and General Sessions court date was set for Jan. 11.

Dec. 20

Roy Donald Holman Jr., 37, of Gallatin, was charged with abandonment/nonsupport of child by Deputy Travis Blair. Bond was set for $3,000 and General Sessions court date was set for Jan. 10.

Dec. 21

Michael James Ortiz, 18, of Hartsville, was charged with evading arrest by motor vehicle, drivers license revoke/suspend/canceled by Deputy James Killmon. Bond was set for $3,500 and General Sessions court date was set for Jan. 23.

Dec. 22

Stephanie Diane Presley, 47, of Lebanon, was charged with DUI, driving on revoked license by Deputy Jeffrey Butcher. Bond was set for $1,500 and General Sessions court date was set for March 8.

Michael James Dockery, 42, of Lafayette, was charged with DUI by Deputy Jeffrey Butcher. Bond was set for $1,000 and General Sessions court date was set for March 9.
