Editor’s Note: The following are suspects booked in the Trousdale County jail during the specified timeframe. All persons charged are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Nov. 26

Juan Pablo Morales-Ramires, 28, of Red Boiling Springs, was charged with evading arrest, criminal impersonation, simple possession of meth by Deputy Clint Friar. Bond was set for $3,000 and General Sessions court date was set for Dec. 14.

Dillon Lewis Newcome, 20, of Hartsville, was charged with violation of beverage laws, leaving scene of accident-damage by Deputy James Killmon. Newcome was cited to court and General Sessions court date was set for Jan. 11.

Nov. 28

Julie Anne Agee, 46, of Murfreesboro, was charged with driving on revoked/suspended license by Deputy Wesley Taylor. Agee was cited to court and General Sessions court date was set for Dec. 21.

Rhonda Jean Lampley, 41, of Madison, was charged with probation violation by Deputy Kyle Presley. Bond was set for $417 and General Sessions court date was set for Dec. 14.

Perry Neil Lee Williams, 27, of Lafayette, was charged with probation violation by Deputy Jake Ayers. No bond was set and General Sessions court date was set for Feb. 19.

Nov. 29

Tiffanie Nichole Uchtman, 33, of Dixon Springs, was charged with simple possession/casual exchange, unlawful drug paraphernalia, failure to appear by Deputy Joseph Buehler. No bond was set and General Sessions court date was set for Jan. 11.

Nov. 30

Terry Dale Turner, 43, of Hartsville, was charged with non-payment child support by Deputy Jesse Gentry. Bond was set for $1,000 and General Sessions court date was set for Jan. 10.

Dec. 1

Eric Tyler Kuster, 19, of Hartsville, was charged with DUI, underage consumption by Deputy Clint Friar. Bond was set for $2,000 and General Sessions court dates was set for March 8.

Dec. 2

Thelma Joyce Disman, 49, of Lafayette, was charged with public intoxication by Deputy Travis Blair. Bond was set for $1,500 and General Sessions court date was set for Jan. 11.
