Editor’s Note: The following are suspects booked in the Trousdale County jail during the specified timeframe. All persons charged are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Jan. 7

Sarah Marie Byrn, 38, of Bethpage, was charged with failure to pay by Deputy Travis Blair. Bond was set for $369.50 and General Sessions court date was set for Jan. 11.

Jan. 8

Paula Danielle Bush, 26, of Lafayette, was charged with driving on suspended license by Deputy Clint Friar. Bush was cited to booking and General Sessions court date was set for Feb. 8.

Roy Anthony Spears, 53, of Hartsville, was charged with DUI by Deputy Tony Wrinkle. No bond was set and General Sessions court date was set for April 12.

Jan. 9

Kelsea Shanon Martin, 26, of Hartsville, was charged with drivers license revoke/suspend/canceled by Deputy Clint Friar. Martin was cited to booking and General Sessions court date was set for Feb. 8.

David Eugene Singer, 48, of Texarkana, AR, was charged with driving on suspended license-fourth offense, unlawful drug paraphernalia by Deputy Clint Friar. Bond was set for $3,500 and General Sessions court date was set for April 8.

Jan. 11

Justin Paul Blachowski, 26, of Lebanon, was charged with theft of property, theft-all other larceny, vandalism, burglary by Deputy David Morgan. No bond was set and General Sessions court date was set for Jan. 11.

Jan. 12

Timothy Ryan Hutchings, 26, of Madison, was charged with fraudulent use of credit/debit card by Deputy Clint Friar. Bond was set for $5,000 and General Sessions court date was set for Feb. 8.

Darrel Keith Jones, 46, of Hartsville, was charged with domestic assault by Deputy Clint Friar. Bond was set for $1,000 and General Sessions court date was set for Jan. 25.

Jan. 13

Thomas Wayne Dyer, 50, of Bethpage, was charged with failure to pay by Deputy Travis Blair. Bond was set for $624 and General Sessions court date was set for Jan. 25.

Michael Rashad Harper, 25, of Hartsville, was charged with aggravated assault by Deputy Tony Wrinkle. Bond was set for $5,000 and General Sessions court date was set for Jan. 25.
