Editor’s Note: The following are suspects booked in the Trousdale County jail during the specified timeframe. All persons charged are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Oct. 22

Jimmy Lee Scruggs, 58, of Hartsville, was charged with domestic assault by Deputy Travis Blair. Bond was set for $1,000 and General Sessions court date was set for Nov. 9.

Gary Allen Beasley, 35, of Hartsville, was charged with failure to pay by Deputy Jeffery Butcher. Bond was set for $456 and no General Sessions court date was set.

Oct. 23

Ronald Del Sexton, 46, of Hartsville, was charged with probation violation by Deputy Clint Friar. No bond was set and General Sessions court date was set for Feb. 19.

Oct. 24

April Morton Hood, 42, of Hartsville, was charged with possession of Schedule II drug, Schedule IV resale by Deputy Jesse Gentry. Bond was set for $20,000 and General Sessions court date was set for Nov. 9.

Shelia Gail Smitty, 45, of Red Boiling Springs, was charged with criminal impersonation, possession Schedule II for resale, possession Schedule IV for resale by Deputy James Pattie. Bond was set for $25,000 and General Sessions court date was set for Nov. 9.

David Roy McKoin Jr., 31, of Hartsville, was charged with meth mfr/del/sell.poss, unlawful drug paraphernalia, unlawful meth drug paraphernalia, child abuse-under 18 by DTF’s Brandon Gooch. Bond was set for $20,000 and General Sessions court date was set for Feb. 19.

James Henry Beasley, 37, of Hartsville, was charged with counterfeit controlled substances by DTF’s Brandon Gooch. Bond was set for $3,500 and General Sessions court date was set for Feb. 18.

Megan Elizabeth Hicks, 33, of Lebanon, was charged with drug counterfeit by DTF’s Brandon Gooch. Bond was set for $3,500 and General Sessions court date was set for Feb. 19.

Oct. 25

Zachary Lawrence Morehouse, 22, of Hartsville, was charged with unlawful drug paraphernalia by Deputy David Morgan. Bond was set for $1,000 and General Sessions court date was set for Nov. 9.

Oct. 26

Martez A. Dotson, 27, of Nashville, was charged with DUI, driving on revoked license, financial responsibility violation, leaving scene of accident, failure to give immediate notice of accident by Deputy Jesse Gentry. Bond was set for $3,000 and General Sessions court date was set for Feb. 8.

Oct. 27

Shaphin Larnell Martin, 39, of Clarksville, was charged with abandonment/nonsupport of child by Deputy James Killmon. Bond was set for $2,000 and General Sessions court date was set for Nov. 8.

Oct. 28

Cameron Michael Crook, 32, of Hartsville, was charged with DUI by Deputy James Killmon. Crook was released on his own recognizance and General Sessions court date was set for Jan. 11.

Oct. 29

David Chappell Crabtree, 46, of Nashville, was charged with failure to appear by Deputy James Killmon. No bond was set and General Sessions court dates were set for Nov. 9 and Feb. 19.

Anthony James Satalino, 18, of Riddleton, was charged with aggravated assault, possession of firearm during felony, evading arrest on foot, evading arrest by motor vehicle by Deputy Jesse Gentry. Bond was set for $17,000 and General Sessions court date was set for Dec. 14.
